This product is great. It is so quiet and the cats love it. I love it too. Just the right size for a big cat too. The only downside to this is the plug that comes with it, although it is uk. However it is not a direct uk plug for our circuit system. This would need to plug in directly for permanent usage like the black one in the photo. The one that came with it like the other white one plugged in are dangerous and can only be used temporarily. I am in communication with seller who promised to rectify this but still waiting for the first one i bought already plugged in. The cats go under the table where it is and constantly brush past it and it worries me because it is not a perminant plug for uk, like the black one in the photo. Therefore it is dangerous according to uk regulations and can lead to a risk of fire. I hope the seller sorts this out quickly as they said they would. Apart from that the product is super efficient and clean.

I adore them. I got a size lager and they are a little bit loose, but super comfortable. Getting so many compliments on them, but easy to get dirty, especially the white toes. 🐈 🐈
